The silver service is the perfect fit for a serious athlete training with power or for those wanting their training assessed and updated weekly to ensure progress

If your exact needs aren't satisified  by one of the standard coaching packages above then a custom package can be contructed to suit you. This could combine certain elements from those above, include regular lab based physioloigcal testing sessions or may include something specific to your requirements.

Physiological Testing
 
A range of laboratory based physiological tests to accurately measure your physical function and condition can be arranged with our University partners.
These can include measures of:

  • Lactate profiling (Lactate threshold, turnpoint, OBLA, MLSS)
  •  Body composition
  •  Haematocrit & Haemoglobin concentrations
